You wander along the shallow banks of a beach and into the forest. Te sweet scent of wild berries teased with your nose and you rush ahead to see if you could pick some. You burst into a small clearing. It was surrounded by berrybushes! Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries glaore! You pick a raspberry and eat it. The sweet juice gushed from the berry and into your mouth. After you had your share of berries, you glance around and caught sight of a figurine hung on a fir tree. You wander closer to see that there were two figurines. One gold, with socks and butterfly wings and the other white with rainbowed normal feathered wings. Both were hung delicatly on two seperate branches of the fir. Underneath the fir was a stump from an old tree and on the stump was a wooden house-like building. Suddenly, the figurines moved slightly and a flash of green streaked by in the tree.

You walked over curiously and part the branches to see a wide-eyed little green equine with pixie wings! It squeaked slightly and scurried away. You follow it's movement until it flew from it's perch and landed on the old stump next to a wooden house-like building. She tilted her head curiously at you. She was hoofless, strangly enough and was green with white socks. She sorta gave a shy grin.
"Hello..." she said cautiously.
"Hi," you greeted, "who are you?"
"My name's Ardis. I'm a Shaenal. An equine-like creature with wings and are related to Crenels," she explained.
"Ohhh...."
"My birthrealm is Sha-Haven. You should go there and try to foster a Shaenel for yourself. The figurines (Ardis gestures to the two with a hoof) are also from Sha-Haven. There is also a crenel that lives here. His name is-"Ardis got cut off as a small voice squeaked, "I can introduce myself, Ardis!" Ardis smiled and a small equine-like creature waved from inside the wooden one-floored, house like building. In one corner of the building was moss for the creature to sleep on. Also a white dish filled with goldberries, apple berries and a little bit of cinnas berries. Another dish right beside the white dish was filled with nectar. And a blue jug held more nectar. A alabaster amphora held ambrosia. The equine with was blue with white socks, a yellow mane and a drake tail got up from it's place on the moss.
"Hello traveller!" the small equine said, "My name's J'aye. I'm a crenel. Crenels are cousins to shanels, but we are quite different. For one thing, we don't have wings and they are bigger. Us crenels look like small equines, but we have a slightly different bone structure. When we lie down, it's more like a cat, or dog. Crenels also come from Sha-Haven. I've join the Rippling Currents String. A string is like a herd for crenels. Now if you'll excuse me... I'm getting a little hungry," with the wave of his tail he started eat from one of the dishes.
"Well, then. Now that you've met J'aye, you should go," Ardis bowed slightly and flew back to her fir tree.
