You wander along the small path as it twisted and turned deeper into the forest. You finally stop in a small clearing where the delta of the water source ran through. It split up the land in at least 10 pieces. Most were sollow, but one in peticular seemed to be more deeper then the rest. A blue blur streaked past as a white one chased it. They both skidded to a stop in front of you, both of them panting heavily.
"Hi," the blue one greeted you.
The small creatures both dropped to the ground. The white one had an unusual pattern on it, while the blue one was all blue except for some streaks in it's tail. When they calmed down a bit, the white one spoke.
"Hello traveller," he said pleasently, "my name's Asnel."
"And my name's Aelai," the blue one introduced herself, "we are a species called Melcey Pups."
"You're probably wondering what Melcey Pups are. Well, we are what we are. Anyway, if you wish to find more about our species, I suggest you go to our homeland, The Purple Savannah," Asnel explained.
Aelai nodded and flouced off. Asnel pointed out the path out of here and walked off as well.
